• Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
• Average patient census: Adults
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (5×8 or 4×10) plus 1:4 weekday call (40 hrs guaranteed)
• Cases/Procedures: General Anesthesia, OB preferred (not required)

Requirements:
• Current, active KY license or IMLC
