This position is a full-time locums opportunity starting ASAC; Soon as credentialed.

• Schedule:

• OR M-Th 10 hour days, Fri:  5p – Sat 6:30am, Sat:  Off, Sun:  6:30am-6:30am, Mon:  Off, Tues – Fri – 10 hour days
• Otherwise: Sat 6:30a – 6:30a Or Fri 5p – 6:30 am/Sun 6:30 – 6:30
• Schedule for new Locum CRNA’s: Mon-Fri,7a – 3:30p (8 hour shifts only. Not accepting providers only interested in 10 hour shifts).

• Cases/Procedures: 

• All ages, but very sick pediatrics are usually shipped to another facility as their hospital is not equipped to handle these patients.

Requirements:

• NBCRNA – REQUIRED
• BLS & ACLS – REQUIRED
• Active IA License or Active Compact License – REQUIRED 
• Must be available full time –  REQUIRED (can accept providers available 1-2 weeks per month)
• Provider is available for full week of M-F, note what shifts provider is interested in – REQUIRED at name clear
• Clean record/license needed for quick credentialing – REQUIRED
• Covid Vaccination – REQUIRED
