• Board Certified – REQUIRED (ABEM/AOBEM/ABPS) – Will accept BE within 5 years of Residency
• Active IA License – Strongly Preferred – Will accept providers needing to obtain license
• ACLS, ATLS, PALS – REQUIRED
• Local Provider – Strongly Preferred (flights not reimbursed but mileage & lodging are)
