This position is a full-time locums opportunity starting ASAC, Needing someone as soon as possible! 

About this Opportunity:
• Where: Iowa

• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Average patient census: Adults
• Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch – 8 hours per day
• Cases/Procedures: Required procedures: 

• Conventional Radiotherapy
• 3D Radiotherapy
• External Beam Radiation – IMRT
• External Beam Radiation – IGRT
• External Beam Radiation – 3D-CRT
• Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
• Stereotactic Radiosurgery
• Photon Beam Radiation Therapy
• Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

Requirements:

• Board Certified – REQUIRED
• Active IA license or IMLC – REQUIRED (not accepting candidates who need to obtain IMLC or IA license)
• COVID Vaccine – REQUIRED
• Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing – REQUIRED (Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days)
• MUST be available to offer coverage for 4 week stretches at a time – REQUIRED (notate at time of name clear)
• Aria documentation – HIGHLY PREFFERED. Note experience at time of name clear.  
• Local/within driving distance – HIGHLY PREFERRED
