• Schedule: Monday – Friday (5×8 or 4×10)
Shifts vary 8, 10 and 12
• Cases/Procedures: No Peds

Requirements:

• MI License: REQUIRED, no exceptions (not accepting IMLC)
• NBCRNA certification (new grads welcome) – Required
• BLS, and ACLS – Required
• Providers must have Clean Background/No Malpractice for quick credentialing – Required  
• Local (drive-in) providers – Required, no exceptions
