Anesthesiologist Needed in Panama City, FL- HCA – Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center
Start Date/length of assignment: 12/9/2024-outgoing 
Worksite: HCA – Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center
Schedule: Monday – Friday 6a-4p; weekend and call optional
On call: Not required
Cases: General, Ortho, Ortho-spine, OB/Gyn, Urology, Podiatry, ENT, Peds, Cath Lab, Endoscopy, Thoracic.  No Cardiac. No Trauma. Physicians Medically Direct 95% of the time.
Supervision Ratio: Physicians Medically Direct 95% of the time.

Special Requirements: Must have FL license
Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
Must have clean file and background
Must not have any prior malpractice history or background issues,
Must have Full-time Open Availability 
 

Details: Providers need to have 2 years recent on the job experience!!
No Providers who worked for Envision within past 12 months and that live within 75 miles of the site 
No Providers who worked for this site or an affiliated site in the past 24 months  
No Providers that worked at this site or affiliated site that is within 75 miles of this site  
New Candidates that have never worked for Envision must live outside the 75 mile radius of this site
