Surgical, Non-Surgical

Requirements:

• Board Certified (Orthopedics) – Required
• Trauma Fellowship – Highly Preferred
• MI License (willing to accept those who will obtain license) – Required, no exceptions
• Clean malpractice and background – Required, no exceptions
• COVID Vaccine – Required, note at time of name clear
• DEA – Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
