Start Date/length of assignment: January- Outgoing   
Worksite: MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center

Schedule: M-F-Shifts are 7am-3pm- 8hrs days, can accommodate 4×10’s
On call:no call offered.
Cases: – 3-4 cases hearts, if not doing hearts will be floating to vascular and some cath lab
Supervision Ratio: no supervision, 2 CRNA students that are shadowing and might have questions but not supervised
ORs:  
How long does Credentialing Take:60-90 days, able to be submitted without license as long as license is active at the time MSO finishes file.
EMR: Epic
Special Requirements: TEE Certification is a must
