• Begins upon successful credentialing (60-90 Days)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8, 10’s & 12’s available
• 8 ORs, 2 Endo, 2 ASC
• Cases:  B&B, Neuro (min.), OB (min.), Ortho, PEDS (rare)
• No Hearts, No thoracic
